When you use the Contact form, GOGOLI processes the information you choose to provide:

• your email address,
• and the content of your message.

Please do not include sensitive or special-category personal data in your message unless it is genuinely necessary.

Limited technical information may also be processed when you visit the website, such as your IP address, browser or device information, request information and security logs required for website delivery and security.

3. How personal data is collected

Personal data may be collected:

• directly from you when you submit the Contact form,
• through correspondence following your enquiry,
• and automatically through the technical systems used to deliver and secure the website.

Contact-form information is collected electronically when you submit the form.

4. Why we process personal data

Personal data submitted through the Contact form is processed to:

• manage necessary follow-up correspondence,

GOGOLI does not sell personal data.

6. Service providers and recipients

GOGOLI uses a limited number of third-party services to operate the website and manage communications.

Formspree

The Contact form is processed through Formspree.

When you submit the form, your name, email address and message are transmitted to Formspree so that the submission can be received, processed and delivered to GOGOLI.

Formspree states that its service is hosted using Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the United States.

Google Gmail

Notifications relating to Contact-form submissions and subsequent correspondence may be received and managed through Google Gmail.

Google operates infrastructure internationally, and information processed through its services may be processed outside Türkiye.

Website infrastructure

GOGOLI may use external website-delivery, hosting, HTTPS, traffic management, performance and security providers in order to operate and protect the website.

Such providers may process limited technical information necessary to provide those services.

GOGOLI does not provide Contact-form submissions to third parties for advertising or unrelated marketing purposes.

7. International transfers

Because some of the service providers used by GOGOLI operate internationally, personal data may be processed or stored outside Türkiye.

This may include data processed through Formspree or Google in connection with Contact-form processing and communications, as well as limited technical information processed by international website infrastructure providers.

International transfers of personal data are subject to the applicable requirements of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, including Article 9.

The location, privacy practices and transfer arrangements of individual service providers may also be described in their respective privacy and security documentation.

8. Retention

Contact messages may be retained while an enquiry and any relevant follow-up remain necessary or useful.

When personal data is no longer required, it will be deleted, anonymised or otherwise removed from active records where reasonably possible.

At present, gogoli.tr does not use advertising cookies, behavioural advertising technologies or non-essential analytics cookies.

Strictly necessary cookies or similar technical mechanisms may be used where required for website delivery, network management, security, fraud prevention, rate limiting or protection against malicious activity.

If analytics, advertising tools or other non-essential tracking technologies are introduced in the future, this notice will be updated and any consent mechanism required by applicable law will be introduced before those technologies are used.

Under Article 11 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, you may have the right to:

• request information about the processing of your personal data,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether your personal data is used in accordance with that purpose,
